Canon product advisory: PowerShot ELPH 330 HS

Battery may be faulty

Canon reports that in some PowerShot ELPH 330HS cameras, errors can occur due to poor contact between the camera’s battery terminal and the battery, even if the battery is charged.

The message “Charge the battery” appears immediately.
The power sometimes does not turn on.
The power turns off during use.

Canon will inspect the camera and NB-4L battery and offer free repairs. Contact the Canon Customer Support Center for details:
